Public Speaking Without the Panic

Public Speaking Without the Panic

“I love public speaking,” said no one, ever. 😅

Yet the ability to speak with confidence — in a meeting, a pitch, a presentation — can make a real difference to how we’re perceived professionally. For most of us, the struggle is real.

That’s exactly why we’re so excited to launch Learn at Boston House with this as our first session.

Public Speaking Without the Panic — with the brilliant Rebecca Lisi — isn’t your typical presentation skills training. Rebecca is a qualified psychotherapist and a trained actor with performances at Shakespeare’s Globe to her name. She approaches public speaking from the inside out: not just what you say, but what’s happening in your nervous system when all eyes are on you.
If your heart races before a presentation, your mind goes blank under pressure, or you know you’re capable but your body doesn’t seem to agree — this session was designed for you.

You’ll leave with practical tools to regulate in real time, raise your threshold before high-stakes moments, and build the kind of grounded, steady authority that no amount of rehearsing alone can give you.
